The International Centre for Sports Studies Football Observatory has ranked Nigerian international Samuel Chukwueze as the 51st-best dribbler in the world (CIES).
The observatory study group believes that Samuel Chukwueze is one of the unstoppable attackers when it comes to take-on, according to its most recent study, which was released on its official website this week.
The Villarreal attacker hasn’t been recognized for his goal-scoring ability since his breakout season in 2018, but his incredible dribbling skills have elevated him to one of the world’s top dribblers right now.
According to CIES, the 23-year-old Super Eagles of Nigeria winger averages 1.5 dribbles per game.
Manchester United’s Bruno Fernandes, Chelsea’s Raheem Sterling, and Mason Mount were all rated lower than the Nigerian.
Furthermore, Samuel Chukwueze is ranked higher than well-known football stars such as Yannick Carrasco, Frenkie de Jong, Jack Grealish, Ferran Torres, Federico Valverde, and Frenkie de Jong.
The Nigerian has advanced his career since the Spanish La Liga club hired Quique Setien as manager after Unai Emery left for English Premier League club Aston Villa last summer.
So far in the 2022-2023 season, the Nigerian international has appeared in 29 games across all competitions, scoring eight goals and providing seven assists. He has made 24 appearances and scored four goals for Nigeria’s Super Eagles.
