FIFA, the world football governing body, has begun to reveal the finalists for the FIFA Best Awards 2022.
FIFA has been publishing the shortlists for the eight groups of the 2022 FIFA Best Awards since January 12, 2023, and voting for the final shortlists has ended a week ago.
The voting process included four teams: media representatives, national team coaches, national team captains, and the general public.
The nominees for the 2022 FIFA Best Awards were chosen and voted on based on their performance between August 8, 2021, and December 18, 2022, the day of the World Cup final.
