Polls: German base Nigerian endorses Tinubu

Victor Egwauliyemi Igbiaye, a Nigerian living in Germany, has endorsed Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu for president of the All Progressive Congress (APC), claiming that he is the only candidate who can address the needs of the Niger Delta’s development.

Igbiaye urged residents of the Niger Delta to support Tinubu because of initiatives like the Koko-ogheye-Lekki Lagos coastal road, which “links the South West region directly to south South and makes traveling from Warri to Lagos a trip of just 1hr 45 minutes instead of the day-long journey we currently have and links Ogheye to Escravos in Ugborodo which is the oil hub of the Niger Delta, and the Trans Ode-I

He added: “Tinubu will improve the economic life of the area and make it a safe haven for both local and foreign investors thereby generating more revenue for the pulse of both state and federal governments.”

For those propagating falsehood about Tinubu’s age, he responded by quoting Peter Obi who said “age has nothing to do with leadership and that the most progressive societies of the world are ruled and led by aged people”

He stated leadership is not a marathon, noting that Tinubu’s track record stands him out as an excellent leader whose developmental strides are there for everyone to see.

“As an economist, he’s ahead of other candidates, infrastructural he’s still ahead of them all. We need a candidate like Bola Tinubu to replicate what he did in Lagos across the country for a better and prosperous Nigeria.

“Regarding those claiming Tinubu is sick, my take on that is, for him to run more campaigns than others, with lots of sleepless nights, He has passed the sound health and fitness test to run a government,” Igbiaye stressed.
