Former Senator representing Kaduna Central Senatorial District, Shehu Sani, has delivered his polling unit, PU Kaduna Tudun Wada North, Code 002 to the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar.
Sani cast his votes for the Presidential and National Assembly polls on Saturday at his polling unit located at Qlkalawa Road.
The officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, and various party agents conducted themselves well.
Alkalawa is Senator Shehu Sani’s birthplace, and he is well known and admired.
According to the the PU results in the presidential result, the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP garnered PDP 88, APC 20, NNPP 23, and LP 2
For the Senate, PDP 86, APC 41, NNPP 9, and LP 0.
Meanwhile, results from the polling unit of the Labour Party’s Vice presidential candidate, Datti Baba-Ahmed showed that he was defeated by the PDP standard bearer, Atiku by a wide margin.
The results obtained showed: PDP 137, APC 92, Labour Party 5, and NNPP 16.
