The All Progressive Grand Alliance’s (APGA) authentic governorship candidate in Abia State, Professor Greg Ibe, was again reaffirmed by the Supreme Court on Wednesday in Abuja.
Other three governorship aspirants who lost at the primary: Sir Chikwe Udensi, Gen. Ijioma Nwokoro Ijioma, and Etigwe Uwa, SAN, had gone to court to challenge Ibe’s victory.
Recall that the Abia State governorship candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Prof Gregory Ibe rejected the Court of Appeal judgment which sustained the nullification of May 29, 2022, Abia State APGA governorship primary won by him.
Within Nigeria reports that Professor Ibe said that he had already instructed his lawyers to “immediately commence cross-appeal proceedings at the supreme court.”
