Senator Smart Adeyemi representing Kogi West Senatorial District at the National Assembly, Abuja, has urged veteran journalist, Reuben Abati, to come back to the All Progressives Congress, APC.

Adeyemi said he and Abati were Asiwaju’s boys, referring to the president-elect, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

The Kogi senator said Abati has been hard on the APC despite being an Asiwaju’s boy while urging him to return to where he belongs.

He stated these on Monday while fielding questions about the outcome of Kogi State APC gubernatorial primaries on Arise Television’s Morning Show program.

“Reuben you know you have been very hard on our party, you been very hard on APC. You know you and I were Asiwaju’s boys. Reuben you better come back to APC where you belong. Reuben come back home,” Adeyemi said.

He had earlier, during the program, denounced the party gubernatorial primaries in the State, alleging that no voting took place.
