The Presidential Election Petition Court has again adjourned the petition against the president-elect, Bola Tinubu, by the Labour Party and its presidential candidate, Peter Obi.

The court adjourned to next Wednesday, May 17, on the request for adjournment by parties to the petition.

All parties agreed for the case to be adjourned to allow them serve each other processes and agree on controversial documents. They collectively agreed that this will expedite the process so that there is no additional impediment.

The Justices has granted the adjournment and stated that all parties should strictly follow the agreement for adjournment so the case will be heard in time.
