Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly interested in recruiting Arsenal captain Martin Odegaard as a substitute for Lionel Messi.
According to El Nacional, PSG are interested in acquiring Odegaard after his great season with Arsenal, while Messi’s future with the French Ligue 1 winners is now unknown.
The Parisians have been monitoring the former Real Madrid midfielder and have agreed to pay €65 million to get him to France.
PSG will have to battle Bayern Munich, who are also interested in Odegaard.
The report added that Bayern Munich manager Thomas Tuchel is also a big fan of the Norway international and has asked the Bundesliga champions to make a move.
