JUST-IN: Newcastle return to Champions League for first time in 20 years

Following a scoreless draw with Leicester City on Monday, Newcastle FC has earned a spot in the Champions League for the first time since 2003.

The team that has had success this season has praised their efforts in winning a spot in the European Cup the next season.

League winners Manchester City and second-placed Arsenal have already booked their spot in the tournament. Manchester United and Liverpool battle for the last spot in the competition.

Manchester united will face Chelsea on Thursday. A win or draw for United will secure qualification for the champions league next season.
