This morning, the Labour Party (LP) presented its first witness before the Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC).
The court set aside three hours early this morning for the hearing on the case filed by the LP and Peter Obi, the party’s presidential candidate.
The petitioners’ attorney, Livy Uzoukwu (SAN), responded that there is only one witness here today when the court inquired as to how many witnesses they have for the start of their case.
Recall that the presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi, has denied asking for seven weeks to produce 50 witnesses for his petition at the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal.
