Napoli forward, Victor Osimhen, is among the three candidates announced for the Player of the Season award by the Lega Serie A on Wednesday.
The two other candidates are: Inter Milan forward, Lautaro Martinez and AC Milan winger, Rafael Leao.
Leao won the award last season, but Osimhen is the overwhelming favourites to scoop it this time around.
The Nigeria international helped Napoli win the Scudetto for the first time in over three decades.
The 24-year-old has scored 25 goals in 32 league appearances for the Partenopei this season.
Osimhen is also the favourites to win the top scorer award.
