Hope Uzodimma, Governor of Imo State, has expressed his condolences over the death of some members of the All Progressives Congress from Imo State who died in a car accident in Agbor, Delta State, on their way to Abuja.

Uzodimma expressed his condolences to the families of the deceased and wished those injured a speedy recovery, according to the governor’s Chief Press Secretary and Media Adviser, Mr Oguwike Nwachuku.

“Our hearts go out to the families of the victims; on behalf of my family, the people and the government of Imo, we pray for the quick recovery of the injured ones who are recuperating in the hospital.

“We also pray that God will grant the families of the deceased and other loved ones the fortitude to bear their losses and, more importantly, the peaceful repose of the souls of the departed,” he stated.
