Transfer: Mount sends message to Pochettino as Chelsea reject Man Utd’s offers

Mason Mount, a Chelsea midfielder, is ready to report for pre-season training with the Premier League club, despite the possibility of joining Manchester United.

United has already made three unsuccessful bids for Mount.

The Blues are holding out for £65 million, but United are believed to have made their best offer and are now looking for alternative targets.

Mount, who has so far refused to sign a contract extension at Stamford Bridge, could become a free agent in June 2024.

It has been reported that Mount has already agreed personal terms with the Red Devils and is keen to secure a switch to Old Trafford.

But despite this, Mount is set to tell incoming Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino that he will continue to give everything for the club while he is still contracted and is ready to go on the tour of the US ahead of the new season.
