The Daily Record reports that Cyriel Dessers will sign a four-year contract with Rangers following an agreement on a transfer fee between the Light Blues and Cremonese.
Cremonese agreed to let the frontman join the Scottish Premiership giants for £4 million, which is a touch less than what they paid Belgian Pro League team KRC Genk for the Nigerian last summer.
Dessers will undergo his physical this week before moving to Ibrox.
The 28-year-old will be Rangers’ sixth summer signing.
The forward spent just one season at Cremonese, where he scored seven goals in 29 league appearances.
Rangers are looking to sign three more players before the start of the 2023/24 season.
