Villarreal has revealed their asking price to AC Milan, who are interested in acquiring the services of their winger, Samuel Chukwueze. According to Corriere dello Sport via Milan News, the Spanish club has asked Milan for 30 million euros for the services of the Nigeria national teamer.
According to the report, the Rossoneri have made an initial offer of 25 million euros, but this may not be enough to secure Chukwueze’s signature.
This is not the first time AC Milan has attempted to extort a player from Villarreal; in 2017, both clubs engaged in lengthy negotiations for Argentine defender Mateo Musacchio, who eventually moved to the San Siro. The 19-time Scudetto winners are looking to bolster their attacking options ahead of next season, and Chukwueze is one of their top targets.
The Italian giants regard the Super Eagles star as one of the players who can help them mount a title challenge next season, having had a stellar season for Villarreal in 2022-2023 with 24 goal involvements.

At the same time, reports in Spain suggest the Yellow Submarine will only sanction Chukwueze’s departure from Estadi de la Ceràmica if the demand of at least €25 million plus bonuses is met.
Chukwueze had a remarkable season under the guidance of Villarreal coach Quique Setién, scoring an impressive 13 goals and providing 11 assists last term.
