He requested that his management find him a new club, which sparked interest from clubs all over Europe

Neymar is in advanced talks over a transfer to Saudi Arabian side Al-Hilal, The Sun reports.

Last week, the Brazilian informed Paris Saint-Germain of his desire to leave the club.

He requested that his management find him a new club, which sparked interest from European clubs.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Al-Hilal seized the opportunity and is now in advanced talks with Neymar.

Paperwork will be sent to Neymar’s camp, and the player can decide whether or not to join.

Barcelona hoped to re-sign the 31-year-old, who moved to PSG in a world record deal in 2017.

Neymar is said to want to return to Barcelona, but the Spanish club may be unwilling or unable to pay his £70 million asking price.

If his wage payments are shared, it could result in a loan switch to Nou Camp.

Chelsea has also been linked with Neymar, with reports claiming the club spoke with the player’s representatives this week.

However, contradictory reports suggest that Mauricio Pochettino does not want a reunion with the man he worked with at PSG because he prefers to sign young talent over older superstars.

Despite spending a reported £150 million this summer on Kalidou Koulibaly, Ruben Neves, Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, and Malcolm, Al-Hilal has deep pockets.

Ronaldo Scores Brace As Al Nassr Beat Al-Hilal To Win Arab Club Champions Cup Final

Cristiano Ronaldo scored twice to help Al Nassr win the Arab Club Champions Cup final on Saturday.

Despite playing for nearly an hour with only 10 men, Al Nassr defeated Saudi rivals Al-Hilal 2-1 in extra time.

Michael, a Brazilian winger, headed Al-Hilal ahead early in the second half before Al Nassr were reduced to ten men in the 71st minute for a last-man foul by Abdulelah Al-Amri.

However, Ronaldo equalised to force extra time before scoring again to complete a stunning comeback.
