General Christopher Musa, the Chief of Defence Staff, has reaffirmed the Armed Forces of Nigeria’s commitment to supporting President Bola Tinubu’s government’s aspirations and policies.
During a presentation titled ‘Nigeria Security and Defence Policies: My Leadership Concepts for the Armed Forces of Nigeria’ in Jaji, Kaduna, Mr. Musa expressed this commitment.
The statement was issued by Brigadier-General Tukur Gusau, the director of defence information, on Wednesday. General Musa delivered the lecture to members of Senior Course 46 of Armed Forces Command and Staff College.
General Musa also emphasized the military’s determination to safeguard democracy and address all security challenges in the nation.
He urged course participants to strengthen their loyalty and commitment to democratic principles and the rule of law.
While on an operational visit to the Nigerian Defence Academy, General Musa encouraged cadets to view their admission to NDA as an opportunity to serve the nation.
He urged them to be prepared to serve and apply what they had learned in practice.
General Musa expressed gratitude to officers, soldiers, and civilian staff for their service to the country and their contributions to shaping future military leaders.
He also inspected ongoing projects at NDA and AFCSC, assuring speedy completion.
