In a recent assault in Dogon Nama village, situated in the Kajuru Local Government Area of Kaduna State, terrorists, locally referred to as bandits and armed herdsmen, claimed the lives of at least 15 individuals.
According to Sahara Reporters, a number of others suffered gunshot injuries, and around 32 villagers were reportedly abducted by the assailants.
Reportedly occurring at approximately 7 a.m. on Friday, the attacks reportedly communicated in Fulani language as they ruthlessly invaded the village, firing gunshots indiscriminately.
Additionally, the assailants set houses ablaze and engaged in sporadic shooting, leaving residents fleeing from their homes.
“Fulani herdsmen invaded our community today, killing 15 people and abducting 32 others. This happened around 7am this morning, they entered with motorcycles,” a source in the community said.
