Lagos state deputy governor visits Mohbad’s mother [VIDEO]

• The Deputy Governor assured the family that justice would be done on the matter

A Lagos state government delegation on Tuesday paid a condolence visited to Mohbad’s mother.

The delegation was led by the Deputy Governor of the state, Dr Obafemi Hamzat.

Others on the delegation are the Chief of Staff to the Governor, Mr Tayo Ayinde; Commissioner for Youth, Mr Mobolaji Ogunlende; the Commisioner for Information, Mr Gbenga Omotoso; and Special Adviser on Tourism, Mr Idris Aregbe.

The Deputy Governor assured the family that justice would be done on the matter and that the Department of State Security would join the police for a thorough investigation.

The Deputy Governor also announced the government will assist the family and that Mohbad’s child will be well taken care of.
