- Pastor William Kumuyi reaffirms he has no retirement plans, highlighting his good physical condition and ongoing vision expansion
- He shares memorable moments from past crusades, including stories of miraculous healings and spiritual impact on attendees
Pastor William Kumuyi, the founder of Deeper Christian Life Ministries, has affirmed that he has no intention of retiring from his ministry work. He stated that he is still in good physical condition and can even run a relay race, making it clear that he has no thoughts of stepping away from the pulpit.
Pastor Kumuyi recently arrived in Benin City, Edo State, for a six-day “Global Crusade with Kumuyi” event, themed “Loose Him, Let Him Go,” to be held at the Garrick Memorial Grammar School.
During a media interaction at the Benin Airport’s VIP Lounge, he expressed optimism that the conference would have a positive impact on both the physical and spiritual lives of the attendees.
Responding to questions about retirement after many decades as the ministry’s founder, Kumuyi stated, “If you rest while you are not tired, if you rest while your vision is becoming brighter, if you rest when you are seeing farther than you saw 50 years ago, you will not be called the wise man.”
He emphasized that he is still receiving more vision, anointing, strength, and power, and can even run a relay race better than he could 50 years ago. As of now, he has no plans for retirement, as the vision is continually expanding.
Kumuyi also shared memorable moments from past conferences, including the story of a paralyzed woman who attended one of the crusades and received a miracle, being able to stand up and walk when she returned to her village after his prayers.
