The Minister commended NIDCOM for its proactive efforts and expressed his confidence in the Commission’s potential to contribute significantly to the welfare of Nigerians in the Diaspora and enhance the country’s image on the global stage.

Hon. Abike Dabiri-Erewa, in her address, stressed the need for an improved passport-capturing and collection process for Nigerians living abroad. She also advocated for a collaborative effort between NIDCOM and the Ministry of Interior to address complex diaspora issues that require coordinated efforts from various government agencies.
