In her bid to retrieve the item she started running after the already moving train when she suddenly tripped and fell backwards directly under the train.
As she frantically tried to pull herself from the danger zone the train slammed into her and crushed her, scattering her dismembered body all over the rail tracks
As of the time of filing this report, it was gathered that the train was headed to the Ujevwu train station.

The deceased, a woman over 70 years old from Olomu Kingdom in Ughelli South local government area, had reportedly made a prior threat to end her life by consuming a poisonous substance.
Despite being a devoted Roman Catholic, she proceeded to carry out her threat, ending her life by hanging herself in the compound’s public toilet on Monday.
