- Both won’t play a part in the fixture as they picked up their fifth yellow cards of the campaign during the citizens 3-3 draw with Tottenham on Sunday.
At least two key players will be missing in action for Manchester City when they travel to villa park for their Premier League clash with Aston Villa on Wednesday.
The players that won’t be available for the clash are Jack Grealish and Rodri.
Both won’t play a part in the fixture as they picked up their fifth yellow cards of the campaign during the citizens 3-3 draw with Tottenham on Sunday.
Rodri, who has already served a three-match suspension this season, was booked for a cynical foul on Pedro Porro.
Grealish saw yellow for kicking the ball away and will not face his former club.
This means they will serve the mandatory one-game ban at Villa Park.
The suspensions will come as a blow to Guardiola’s side given Villa’s home form so far this season.
The champions go into the match trailing Arsenal by three points at the top of the table.
