Vice President Kashim Shettima is in Kaduna State over the recent bombing of some residents of the North West State.
Recall that Sunday’s military airstrikes at Tudun Biri village in Igabi Local Government Area of the state claimed the lives of many locals.
The locals had converged to celebrate the annual Maulud Nabiyy when they were hit by a drone of the Nigerian military.
Shettima was welcomed on arrival at the Nigerian Air Force base, Mando by Governor Uba Sani and top officials of the Kaduna State Government.
The Vice President was accompanied by the Speaker, Abbas Tajuddeen, Minister of Defence, Mohammed Badaru Abubakar and the APC National Chairman, Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje.
They are in Kaduna on a condolence visit over the tragic incident where Muslim faithful observing Maulud celebration were “mistakenly” killed and many others injured by a military drone attack targeted at terrorists and bandits.
