BREAKING: Ondo Governor, Aiyedatiwa Appoints CPS, Four New Aides

The appointment takes effect immediately

  • The deputy Chief of Staff to the Governor, Omojuwa Olusegun disclosed the appointment
  • Aiyedatiwa was sworn in as the seventh civilian governor of the state following the death of Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu.

Lucky Aiyedatiwa took office as governor of Ondo and has already made five important appointments.

On Wednesday, Aiyedatiwa took the oath of office as the state’s sixth civilian governor, succeeding the late Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu.

At 5:14 p.m. on Aiyedatiwa, Chief Judge of the State Justice Olusegun Odusola administered the oath of office.

Omojuwa Olusegun, the governor’s deputy chief of staff, announced the appointment’s immediate implementation in a press release that he personally signed on Wednesday.
