The former Ondo State governor Rotimi Akeredolu and his family received a visit on Saturday, December 30, from the wife of Nigerian President Oluremi Tinubu.
Around 12:45 p.m., Tinubu’s wife arrived at the Jerico mansion in Akeredolu, accompanied by Bayo Lawal, the deputy governor of Oyo state, Mrs. Olubunmi Oni, the head of Oyo state’s service, and Commissioners for Special Duties, Alhaja Faosat Sanni, among others.
Betty Anyanwu-Akeredolu, Akeredolu’s wife, and other family members welcomed the First Lady.
Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu died on Wednesday at the age of 67 in a German hospital.
