- Says it’s chronicles of Buhari’s administration put together for posterity
President Bola Tinubu is expected to launch two books on former President Muhammadu Buhari on Tuesday, January 16.
The launch which has former Head of State, Yakubu Gowon as the chairman of the occasion would also have in attendance Buhari.
The books are: Working with Buhari: Reflections of a Special Adviser, Media and Publicity (2015-2023) by Femi Adesina and Muhammadu Buhari: The Nigerian Legacy (2015-2023) edited by Udu Yakubu.
Speaking about the books, Adesina and Yakubu said they are not PR but chronicles of Buhari’s administration put together for posterity.
The duo stressed that the books are not biography of Buhari but about governance and Nigeria
Adesina, who described himself as a longtime admirer of former President Buhari far back when he was the Military Head of State, said everything that needed to be known about the Buhari eight years, including his medical tourism is included in the book.
The duo therefore urged those who want to have an insight into the eight years should grab the books.
The books, they argued, would guide the thinking and logic of the people in their understanding of the Buhari legacies.
