Former Ogun State Governor and current Senator representing Ogun East, Gbenga Daniel, appealed to Nigerians on Sunday, urging continued support for President Bola Tinubu’s government. He expressed confidence that Tinubu’s administration has the potential to transform the country positively.

Speaking at the 19th annual thanksgiving service in Sagamu, Ogun State, with the theme “Thanking God for total victory, recovery, and restoration,” Daniel acknowledged existing challenges resulting from some of the policies introduced by the Tinubu-led government. Despite the hardships, he assured the public that the nation would experience improvement in the near future.

Having known Tinubu for over 20 years, Daniel attested to Tinubu’s capability and urged people not to underestimate him. He expressed confidence that Tinubu would turn the country’s fortunes around, emphasizing the need for continued support for the administration.

“I know that Asiwaju will turn around the fortune of this country, and I am sure it will happen before long. If there are little challenges, let’s just accept it that this is normally how things like this go. I urge you to continue to support him and his administration,” Daniel stated.
