In Delta state, a boy has taken his own life over a crippling ominous feeling of being jilted by his lover.
The boy simply identified as Victor reportedly hanged himself as he feared his girlfriend wants to leave him for another man.
The incident happened in Agbor community, Ika South Local Government Area of Delta State.
It was gathered that the deceased locked himself in his one-room apartment, situated at No. 4 Monye Lane, before hanging himself.
He was found dead when his door was opened.
Locals disclosed that the deceased had stabbed and injured himself on several occasions when he had issues with his girlfriend.
The police is yet to comment on the incident at the time of filing this report
