Barau Jibrin, the Deputy Senate President, has reiterated the Federal Government’s unwavering dedication to overhauling the education sector for accelerated progress across Nigeria.

Speaking during a meeting with the newly inaugurated leadership of the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) at his office in the National Assembly, Abuja, Senator Barau emphasized the critical importance of addressing the challenges confronting the education sector for Nigeria’s advancement.

He underscored the administration’s commitment, led by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, to tackle these challenges head-on, signaling a promising future for educational development in the country.

In his remarks, Comrade Lucky Emonefe, the NANS President, lauded Senator Barau as a source of inspiration and a role model for Nigerian students, reflecting the admiration and respect students hold for him.
