- The JAMB examination is slated to take place from April 24 to 29, 2024
Senator Ireti Kingibe, who represents the Federal Capital Territory, has generously offered 2,000 Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) forms to students intending to take the 2024 examination.
The announcement was made in a statement released on Sunday by her Special Assistant on Media, Mbele Kennedy. This benevolent act follows the examination body’s recent increase in the registration fee for the 2024 UTME to N7,700. The JAMB examination is slated to take place from April 24 to 29, 2024.
The statement partly read, “The free forms are meant for students who cannot afford them, irrespective of their tribe, religion, party affiliation among others. Senator Kingibe urges potential beneficiaries to study hard and ensure good conduct not just in the examination hall but also when admitted into the university.
“She also wishes beneficiaries and indeed, all candidates for the 2024 JAMB examination success.”
Continuing, the FCT lawmaker reaffirmed her promise for more interventions in the education sector, explaining that they are part of her Impact Development Programmes in her Abuja constituency.
