In an exclusive conversation with renowned on-air personality Chude Jideonwo, Ajuri Ngelale, the presidential spokesman, shed light on President Bola Tinubu’s remarkable work ethic and commitment to the nation.

Ngelale painted a picture of Tinubu as a true workhorse, emphasizing his daily routine. He disclosed that Tinubu rises early each morning, typically around 7 am to 8 am, and remains engaged in his duties until late night, often not retiring until 2 am or 3 am, even on Sundays.

Highlighting Tinubu’s relentless dedication, Ngelale urged Nigerians to rally behind the president, emphasizing his unwavering determination to advance the nation’s prosperity and development.

He said, “I’m saying hang in there because I can see an end to this. I’m working with a man who I can personally vouch for because he goes to bed at 2 a.m. to 3 a.m. every night, including Sundays.

“He [Tinubu] wakes up at 7 am to 8 am every morning, including Sundays. Opening his files, working into the late nights when no one is there to say anything good or bad about him. He is doing the work.

“He is a workaholic, and he is doing everything to build a country that is reflective of the progressive and advanced country that he has envisioned, as he did in Lagos.

“I’m asking Nigerians to support the president, he means well,” he added.

Amidst mounting criticism directed at Tinubu, particularly regarding removing fuel subsidies without adequate preparations for mitigating the resulting hardships, Ngelale’s testimony offers a glimpse into the president’s daily sacrifices in service to the country.

Despite facing challenges and setbacks, Tinubu remains resolute in tackling corruption, insecurity, and other pressing issues plaguing the nation. As he articulated during his inauguration, Tinubu embraces the immense responsibilities of his position without seeking pity, pledging to fulfill the expectations placed upon him.

While Tinubu’s leadership has sparked debates and controversies, Ngelale’s insights provide a deeper understanding of the president’s unwavering commitment to steering Nigeria towards a brighter future.
