Four killed in terrorists attack on Zamfara community

Terrorists wreaking havoc in Nigeria’s north west region have killed four in Zamfara state.

The rampaging terrorists invaded Mashaya Village in Jangebe District, Talata Mafara Local Government Area of the State leaving trails of death, fear and agony in their wake.

The attackers, armed with sophisticated weapons, reportedly stormed the village and began shooting indiscriminately, causing panic among the residents.

Many locals were also injured during the attack, according to an eyewitness that confirmed the onslaught.

“The incident has left the village in a state of panic and uncertainty,” he told newsmen.

As of the time of reporting, the police have not issued an official statement regarding the attack.

The Zamfara State Police Public Relations Officer, Yazid Abubakar, is yet to comment on the incident also.
