The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has voiced strong opposition to Nigeria’s current situation, questioning the adequacy of President Bola Tinubu’s administration’s “Renewed Hope” message given the nation’s challenges.
During a press briefing in Abuja, ADC National Chairman Ralphs Okey Nwosu denounced the distribution of palliatives as unhealthy and demeaning. He criticized the government’s governance approach, highlighting elected officials’ involvement in looting and extravagant spending while hunger persists.
Nwosu called on President Bola Tinubu to combat the corruption associated with the soothing program and instead concentrate on supporting youths, women entrepreneurs, farmers, and industrialists to boost the economy and foster job creation.
