Zulum Distributes Federal Grains to 10,000 Borno Residents, Provides N220m to 22,000 Women

Borno State Governor Babagana Umara Zulum has distributed 36,000 50kg bags of assorted grains provided by the federal government to support resettled communities and vulnerable families.

During the distribution event in Pulka town, Gwoza LGA, 10,000 residents each received a 50kg bag of grain.

Governor Zulum expressed gratitude to the federal government for its timely support.

Additionally, he announced the distribution of N220 million to 22,000 vulnerable women and widows in Pulka ward. Each beneficiary received N10,000 in cash and a wrapper.

The recipients were from Pulka, Ngoshe, Warabe, and Kirawa communities in Gwoza LGA.
