The suspect, posing as a visitor to one of the inmates, was apprehended during a search by correctional service officials.
This information was disclosed in a statement released on Wednesday by Adamu Duza, the spokesperson for the FCT command of the service. Duza stated that the suspect had concealed the drugs in food packs and confessed to being sent to deliver them to an inmate.
