At least two people have lost their lives in a fatal road accident in Ogun State, authorities have said.

The Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC, Public Education Officer, Ogun Sector Command, Florence Okpe, confirmed the incident on Saturday.
Okpe said the accident involving a Silver Toyota Camry with registration number EPE602JD and Yellow Mercedes Benz Truck with registration number AA938YE.
“Three male adults were involved in the crash, two out of the persons involved were killed, while the third passenger was unhurt
“The corpses were handed over to the families of the deceased,” she said.
Okpe blamed the cause of the crash on speed and loss of control, which led to the collision of the two vehicles.
The Sector Commander, CC Anthony Uga, expressed his condolences to the family of the crash victims and advised motorists to shun speed and give full attention when driving.
Uga also urged trucks to ensure the installation of speed limiting devices.
