Dr. Asue Ighodalo, the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for the September 21 governorship election in Edo State, has pledged to use modern technology to address insecurity if elected. Speaking at a town hall meeting in Benin, where he officially presented his manifesto, titled “The Pathway to Prosperity for All,” Ighodalo outlined his plans to improve the state’s security.
In addition to tackling insecurity, Ighodalo committed to revitalizing Edo State’s economy to enhance the quality of life for its residents. He emphasized the importance of healthcare, promising incentives for medical doctors working in rural areas to motivate and retain them.
