  • Chidinma who represented Taraba State in the pageant defeated four other finalists, including Miss Rivers State, Miss Anambra State, Miss Ondo State and Miss Edo State to clinch the title

23-year-old Chidinma Adetshina, who withdrew from the Miss South Africa 2024 pageant, following her involvement in a social media uproar about her nationality has been crowned Miss Universe Nigeria 2024.

Chidinma who represented Taraba State in the pageant defeated four other finalists, including Miss Rivers State, Miss Anambra State, Miss Ondo State and Miss Edo State to clinch the title.

She will be representing Nigeria at the Miss Universe pageant in Mexico.

While Miss Anambra who emerged first runner- up will participate in the Miss Supranational pageant.
