President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved the appointment of seven new Executive Directors for the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA), effective immediately.
The announcement was made by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, on Friday in Abuja.
President Tinubu urged the newly appointed directors to use their expertise to enhance the operations of NTA, particularly in advancing the station to meet global digital standards.
The appointed Executive Directors are:
- Ayo Adewuyi – Re-appointed as Executive Director, News
- Bar. Ibrahim Aliyu – Executive Director, Special Duties
- Malam Muhammed Fatuhu Mustapha – Executive Director, Administration and Training
- Mrs. Apinke Effiong – Executive Director, Finance
- Mrs. Tari Taylaur – Executive Director, Programmes
- Mr. Sadique Musa Omeiza – Executive Director, Engineering
- Mrs. Kemi Fashina – Executive Director, Marketing
These directors are expected to bring their wealth of experience to drive NTA’s operations forward.
