Family sources, who spoke to Daily Post on the condition of anonymity, confirmed the tragic news.
Alhaji Ajadi Badmus, a respected leader in Osogbo, hailed from the Adekilekun dynasty in the Isale-Osun area of Osogbo, the capital of Osun State.
He was the elder brother of Alhaji Khamis Olatunde Badmus, the Chairman of TUNS FARM, and also held the esteemed title of Asiwaju Musulumi of Yorubaland.
Details about the circumstances of his death and his burial arrangements have not yet been disclosed by the family.
Alhaji Badmus took on the role of Asiwaju of Osogboland in 2022, following the passing of his predecessor, Pa Ahmed Omidiran, a notable business tycoon who died at 95.
