Abdullahi Usman Bello has been sworn in as Chairman of the Code of Conduct Bureau, CCB.
Bello was sworn in on Wednesday by President Bola Tinubu before the start of the Federal Executive Council meeting.
The oath-taking ceremony was held at the Council Chambers of the Presidential Villa on Wednesday,
The CCB’s mandate is to ensure that public officials comply with the code of conduct and ethical standards.
It also ensures that public officials declare their assets as a means of promoting transparency while occupying office.
Meanwhile, the Federal Executive Council meeting has kicked off in earnest with President Tinubu presiding over it.
