- He urged aides to collaborate closely and work harder to help the President fulfill his mandate
Vice President Kashim Shettima on Saturday expressed confidence in Nigeria’s economic growth, citing President Bola Tinubu’s policies and determination.
Speaking at a retreat for presidential aides in Abuja, Shettima highlighted improvements, including crude oil production reaching 1.8 million barrels per day.
Despite ongoing challenges, Shettima said the economy was on an upward trajectory and would continue to grow in the coming year.
He urged aides to collaborate closely and work harder to help the President fulfill his mandate, emphasizing that the nation’s progress should be the top priority.
Deputy Chief of Staff to the President, Senator Hassan Hadejia, noted that the retreat aimed to foster collaboration and ensure the smooth execution of tasks in the Vice President’s office.
