The club confirmed the news in a statement shared on Monday via X (formerly Twitter), saying:

“We can confirm that Guglielmo Vicario today underwent surgery for a right ankle fracture. Guglielmo will be assessed by our medical staff to determine when he can return to training. We’re all behind you, Vic.”
