115 charges: EPL concludes case against Man City

Manchester city

The Premier League has concluded its hearing into Manchester City’s alleged 115 financial breaches.

The league concluded its case against the Manchester club after the final arguments were heard on Friday at London’s International Dispute Resolution Centre.

This marks the end the hearing that began on September 16 and the panel is now left to consider their verdict, Daily Mail reports.

City are accused of multiple breaches of Financial Fair Play rules and of failing to cooperate with the subsequent investigation.

The Premier League champions deny all the charges and have been confident they will be exonerated.

However, if they are found guilty, they could be hit with financial penalties, a points deduction or even be relegated.

It is, however, believed that once a verdict has been returned, an appeal is very likely to extend the case until the end of next season.
