Governor Mutfwang's Strong Stance Against Illegal Acquisition of Government Properties

Governor Caleb Mutfwang

Governor Caleb Mutfwang of Plateau State has issued a strong warning to individuals and groups involved in the illegal sale or acquisition of government properties.

He directed those in unlawful possession of such assets to return them immediately.

In a statement released by the Director of Press and Public Affairs, Gyang Bere, the governor announced plans to inaugurate a task force to investigate and recover government properties acquired without due process.

“The task force will be mandated to recover all government properties in illegal possession,” Mutfwang stated. “Anyone possessing government property acquired illegally should surrender it before we come for them.”

The move signals the state government’s commitment to restoring accountability and safeguarding public resources.
