Bello faces charges for alleged criminal breach of trust, totaling N110 billion, contrary to the Penal Code Law.
The trial judge, Maryann Anenih, ruled that Bello must provide three sureties, each responsible for N500 million.
These sureties must own properties in designated FCT areas and submit passport photos and identification.
Bello was granted bail a week prior in a separate case involving alleged N80 billion money laundering.
