The Edo State Sector Commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Commander Cyril Mathew, has revealed that 13 lives were lost in road accidents across the state in November 2024.
In an interview, Commander Mathew also stated that 76 passengers sustained injuries during the same period.
Additionally, the FRSC apprehended 1,524 motorists for various traffic violations in November, as part of its ongoing efforts to enforce road safety regulations.
The sector commander urged road users to adhere to traffic rules to prevent further loss of lives and injuries on the state’s roads.
