At least six persons have lost their lives in a fatal road accident in Yobe State.
The, accident happened around 8 p.m. on Wednesday along the Jajere-Potiskum road, also left fifteen other people injured.

Some of the severely injured passengers were taken to the Yobe State University Teaching Hospital in Damaturu for treatment, while those with minor wounds are receiving care at the Potiskum Specialist Hospital.
It was gathered that personnel of the Yobe State Emergency Ambulance Bus Service (YEMABUS) were on hand around 1 a.m. to provide emergency services and transport the victims to Damaturu
