Gunmen suspected to be kidnappers on Friday abducted the wife of retired Assistant Inspector General of Police, Hakeem Odumosu from her residence in the Arepo area of Ogun State.

The abduction occurred in the early hours of Friday when heavily armed men stormed her home and whisked her away to unknown destination.

Confirming the incident, the Ogun State Police Command said operatives have been deployed to secure her release and apprehend the perpetrators.
